LISBON, PORTUGAL

The 18th Century, Rococo styled Queluz Palace, Lisbon. Originally a summer retreat for King of Portugal and Algarves, Dom Pedro of Braganza in the 18th Century. After several fires, the last one being in 1934 it was rebuilt and is now owned by the Portuguese State and opened to the public and also used to entertain Head of Foreign States.
